When to Use
Primarily evening — GHK-Cu is most effective when skin is in repair mode overnight. Apply as your final evening skin step. For dry or mature skin, a lighter application in the morning (under SPF) is also beneficial. Face and body: this balm works anywhere — neck, décolletage, hands, dry elbows. Firmness and texture improvements are typically visible within 3–4 weeks of consistent evening use.
How to Use
- Warm the balm — scoop a small amount (pea-sized for face) and press between fingertips for 5–10 seconds until it melts.
- Press into skin — pat gently onto face, neck, and targeted areas. No rough rubbing — press and let body heat do the rest.
- Massage upward — use upward, circular strokes for 30–60 seconds to encourage lymphatic drainage and circulation.
- Allow to settle — wait 2–3 minutes before applying anything else. A barely-there film will remain and absorb fully.
- Morning application — use a very light amount and follow with mineral SPF. The tallow base works well under sunscreen.
