Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

How to Return

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
